Ask us to confirm your postcode
From a flat with limited space to a family home, garden or busy workplace, we arrange collections around the waste you need removed. Give us the collection address and a description of the load when you call. We’ll discuss access and the available times before arranging a visit, so the collection fits your property and the work you have planned.
WHAT WE TAKE AWAY
Junk removal for homes and businesses
Choose the collection that fits your home, garden or business. We remove single items and mixed loads, with loading handled by our team.

House & flat clearance
We clear unwanted household items from individual rooms and whole properties. A collection can cover old furniture, appliances and general clutter, whether you are moving out, making room or dealing with items left behind. Tell us which rooms need clearing and which belongings must stay. Our team handles the lifting and loading, so you do not have to move bulky items to the kerb before we arrive.
For a mixed household load, describe the larger pieces as well as the smaller bags or boxes. This helps us understand the amount to collect and prepare an appropriate quote.

Furniture removal
An unwanted sofa can take up a whole room while you wait for a replacement. We collect sofas, armchairs, wardrobes, tables, bed frames and mattresses, from one bulky item to several rooms of furniture. Carrying and loading are included in the collection.
Let us know the size of larger pieces and whether there are stairs or restricted doorways. We can discuss the collection before booking and explain how the type and volume of furniture affect the quote. Furniture is directed towards reuse or recycling wherever possible.

Garden waste collection
We collect grass cuttings, branches and other unwanted garden waste after a clear-out or seasonal tidy. The service also covers items such as broken fencing and old garden furniture, allowing you to arrange a collection for more than just green cuttings.
Explain whether your load is mainly vegetation or contains timber, furniture or heavier material. Keeping that information clear helps us assess the collection accurately. Our team loads the waste and takes it away, leaving you space to enjoy the garden or continue the next stage of your outdoor work.

Builders waste clearance
We collect waste left by renovations, refits and building projects, including timber, rubble, bricks, tiles and plasterboard. Our van collection is useful when you need debris removed without keeping a skip outside the property. We handle loading and transport, whether the job is a small home improvement or a larger clearance.
Dense materials can affect the quote because weight matters as well as space in the vehicle. Tell us about concrete, soil or brick loads when requesting a price. We confirm the collection cost before work begins and can discuss same-day or out-of-hours availability for a project with a tight timetable.

Office & business clearance
We clear unwanted office furniture and equipment so a workplace can be reorganised, refurbished or prepared for a move. Desks, chairs, storage units and electronic items can be included in the collection. Explain which items need removing and which parts of the workspace need to remain in use.
Our team takes care of carrying and loading, rather than leaving the job to your staff. Discuss access, loading arrangements and the collection timing with us before the visit. A clear item list makes it easier to plan a commercial clearance around the needs of the business.

Appliances & electronics
We collect unwanted appliances and electronic waste, including washing machines, fridges, televisions and computers. These items need to be identified when you ask for a quote, rather than treated as an unspecified bag of general rubbish. We arrange collection and responsible disposal with recycling in mind.
Tell us what each item is, approximately how large it is and where it is located. For a mixed clearance, include appliances on the same list as the furniture and other waste. This gives us a fuller picture of the collection and helps you receive a useful price before making arrangements.
Rubbish collection
For a mixed clear-out, we collect non-hazardous household and commercial rubbish in a single visit. Describe the different materials in your load so we can confirm what can be taken and give a clear quote. From bags of clutter to larger discarded items, we handle the collection and loading.
Shop clearance
We remove unwanted shop fittings, displays, stock and other retail clutter when a business is reorganising, refurbishing or clearing a space. Tell us the quantity and type of items, together with any access restrictions. We will discuss a collection that suits the premises and the work involved.

A SIMPLE COLLECTION, FROM START TO FINISH
You point. We do the lifting.
01
Tell us what’s going
Call with your postcode and a description of the items. Mention bulky furniture, dense building material and any access restrictions, so we can understand the collection.
02
Get a clear quote
We explain the price before starting work. The amount and type of waste determine the quote; heavier builders waste can also carry a weight-based charge.
03
We collect & load
Our crew handles the carrying and loading. Agree the items to be removed with us, and keep anything you are retaining separate from the collection.
04
Responsible disposal
We take the collected waste away for appropriate disposal, with reuse and recycling wherever possible. Your space is left ready for its next use.
From your enquiry to a cleared space
| Stage | What we do | What we confirm with you |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Enquiry | Discuss the waste, the property and the collection address | Postcode, item types and an approximate amount |
| 2. Quote | Explain the collection price before work starts | Volume, material type and any relevant weight-based charge |
| 3. Organisation | Discuss a suitable collection slot and access | Stairs, bulky pieces and the location of the items |
| 4. Collection | Carry and load the agreed waste into the vehicle | Which items are going and which belongings must stay |
| 5. Disposal | Take the load away for appropriate handling | Reuse and recycling wherever possible |
The loading is part of our service. We do not expect you to carry a sofa, office desk or bags of debris to the kerb. We discuss the location and access in advance so the team understands the job before the visit. If the amount or type of waste changes, we review the scope and price before proceeding.

LESS WASTE. MORE POSSIBILITY.
Responsible disposal.
A cleaner London.
We are a licensed and insured waste carrier. Our collections bring together the lifting, transport and responsible disposal, so your unwanted items are handled as part of one service.
Reusable furniture and recyclable materials should be kept in use wherever possible. We approach mixed clearances with that aim, rather than treating every item as the same type of rubbish. Tell us what is in the collection so we can plan for the different materials involved.

Waste we collect and items to check first
Our collections cover the non-hazardous household and commercial waste described below. An item list helps us confirm acceptance and the correct collection arrangements. We do not treat an unidentified material as ordinary rubbish simply because it is part of a mixed pile.
| Waste category | Examples we collect | What needs confirming |
|---|---|---|
| Household & furniture | Sofas, chairs, wardrobes, mattresses and clutter | Large pieces, access and the number of items |
| Garden materials | Grass cuttings, branches, fencing and garden furniture | Whether the load is green waste or mixed materials |
| Construction waste | Timber, bricks, rubble, tiles and plasterboard | Material mix and weight; dense loads may affect the quote |
| Electrical items | Fridges, washing machines, TVs and computers | The appliance type and size, rather than an unspecified mixed load |
| Commercial & retail | Office furniture, equipment, shop fittings and stock | The item list, quantity and access to the business premises |
| Hazardous or unidentified materials | Outside the stated non-hazardous collection scope | Ask us before booking; do not assume acceptance |
For builders waste, describe dense materials separately from light packaging or timber. For electrical items, name each appliance. This gives us the information needed to discuss the right collection rather than offering a price for an incomplete description.
Junk removal prices in London
Use this guide to estimate a collection, then ask us to confirm the cost for your items and postcode. Labour, loading, transport and disposal are included within the stated loading allowance. Any applicable disposal supplement, extra loading time or appointment charge is discussed before work begins.
| Maximum weight | Household / green waste volume | Loading allowance | From price |
|---|---|---|---|
| 50 kg | Minimum collection | 5 minutes | £55 |
| 250 kg | 3 cubic yards | 15 minutes | £120 |
| 500 kg | 6 cubic yards | 30 minutes | £180 |
| 760 kg | 9 cubic yards | 45 minutes | £240 |
| 1,000 kg | 12 cubic yards | 60 minutes | £305 |
For household and garden loads, the quoted band must account for both space and weight. For builders waste, the weight determines the starting band, so a compact pile of rubble is not priced as a lightweight load of the same size. The cubic-yard guide above is for household and green waste; it is not a volume allowance for dense construction material.
Item-specific disposal supplements
| Item | Disposal supplement |
|---|---|
| Mattress | £38 |
| Computer monitor or television | £10 |
| Domestic fridge | £75 |
Optional and additional charges
| When applicable | Additional charge |
|---|---|
| Extra labour / loading | £10 per additional 10 minutes |
| Appointment from 7–9 am | £25 |
| Appointment after 6 pm | £25 |
| Appointment after 8 pm | £50 |
| Appointment after 10 pm | £70 |
Prices depend on availability and collection location. Congestion charges are additional where applicable, and a location outside the central coverage area may carry a higher rate. Ask us to confirm the complete price, the applicable appointment supplement and VAT treatment before booking. These figures are a guide; your collection is confirmed with a free, no-obligation quote.
Organising a mixed waste collection
You can discuss several types of waste in the same enquiry. For example, a home clear-out may include a sofa, a washing machine and bags of general clutter, while a renovation may leave timber alongside broken furniture. Give us a separate description of each part of the load rather than estimating everything as one pile. We can then talk through the collection with a clearer understanding of what needs removing.
If your plans change before the visit, let us know about extra items or a different amount of waste. We will discuss the updated collection and price with you before the work goes ahead.
A FEW THINGS YOU MAY BE WONDERING

Same-day collections are available subject to the schedule. Call with your postcode and collection details as early as you can, and we’ll confirm whether a suitable slot is available.

Our team handles the lifting and loading. Discuss stairs, access and the location of the waste with us when arranging the collection, particularly for large furniture or heavy material.
What waste can you remove?
We collect household rubbish, furniture, garden waste, builders debris, office items, shop clearance waste and appliances. Please identify unusual items or materials in advance so we can confirm whether they are suitable for collection.
How do you calculate the cost?
Our collection price guide starts at £55 for the minimum load, up to 50 kg with five minutes of loading.
